Eddie is a co-founder of Argonaut. He has extensive experience in the execution of M&A and capital raisings. Prior to establishing Argonaut, Eddie was an Executive Director, Investment Banking of CIBC World Markets, a global investment bank, and a Director of and substantial shareholder in DJ Carmichael & Co. Eddie is a 40under40 and City of Perth Award winner.

As Managing Director & CEO, Eddie is responsible for Argonaut's overall business.

Eddie is an Investment Director of AFM Perseus Fund and an Investment Director for the Genesis Natural Resources Fund.

Eddie has been involved in a large number of capital raisings for public and private companies, and has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions. Most recently he has been an active originator of cross border resource transactions across North America, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Eddie is responsible for Argonaut's principal investments.

Since February 2004, Eddie has founded, co-founded or been a catalyst for the establishment of a number of companies that now have a combined market capitalisation of in excess of $1.5 billion.

Eddie is a Responsible Officer of Argonaut Securities (asia) Limited and is authorised to deal and advise in Securities and on Corporate Finance in Hong Kong.
